the last planks were plugged into the hull and the crew smiled and sang along!
It's easy to smile whenall is bright and goes well, but when the dark traffic looms over the area the smiles fade and are tough to arouse.
Keep praising and sing and smiling and doing beautiful work! Your friend form the Clearwater gatherings...Nancy
(I sahred the native American music CD)
I know this activity and the spirit behind it blesses your community, and beyond. Selfless acts of lovingkindness, inspired giving, and support are truly not so selfless. We are also benefitted by doing good from the heart. Our hearts are touched as well. We discover things we might not have imagined, and find out often that we are more the receivers than the givers after all. Each individual, even those that may appear less than perfect in behavior or anything else, has in him a good soul ready to be expressed and experienced. We can reveal that radiance in others so easily, by a kindness, a smile, and a respect of them. We always gain in such giving. Thanks, again, Mindy and Roland, and let the Thanksgiving spirit keep us singing all year long!

Comment on Smile Incessantly

Mindy what a great website! Reidy N.Y.

You know Mindy, this Irish blessing which is so sweet inspired me to think - wouldn't it be great to think up little blessings of our own and send them to the people in our lives in a note or a card or maybe just leave them on the voice mail. I believe that one of the great underestimated virtues is encouragement or edification. To just bless another for goodness sake. I think
that I will start with you Mindy and Roland:

May the joy of love surround your hearts and ever radiate to all you encounter, may your worthwhile dreams benifit
you and all humanity, and may your voices bring a smile to all who hear them !

Comment on Endorsement

watched the movie version of Conversations with God recently; Neale Donald Walsch makes a good point about having freedom to admit that he's not perfect so he can move on from where he is.

Comment on Be the sunshine

I am a strong supporter of SMILING! I have a great set of teeth, and even if I didn't I think I would still SMILE to everyone I meet. When I walk into a store I seem to be like a magnet, attracting all sorts of folks that might not have approached anyone else if their life depended on it. Why? Because they do not see me as a threat! I am always making eye contact and smiling at people. Now, not all respond back to me with one, but that is oak. It never has stopped me from smiling at everyone and wishing them a ,"Blessed day." We don't seem to be afraid to smile and make over a small baby or little child when we see them. They smile at us and our hearts' melt. All of our troubles seem to melt away. I suggest that we all work these facial muscles more, it is food for the Soul! God Bless, Linda,(Smiles)
